Mr. Al Siddiqi is an experienced executive in the power sector with more than 15 years of experience including various roles in QEWC,with his last position being Business Development Director. From 2008 to 2015 Mr. Al Siddiqi was CEO of Ras Girtas Power Company, one of Qatar’s largest power generating companies.

Mr. Al-Mohannadi is an experienced executive with more than 18 years of experience in finance and executive management in power and real estate sectors. His last position was as Commercial and Investment Manager at Mackeen Holding. He holds a degree in Economics and Administration from Qatar University.

Mr. Peter Lithgow

Chief Asset Management Officer

Mr. Lithgow has over 40 years of experience in the Power sector.  He has held various senior and of executive management roles in ACWA, AES, International Power and the CEGB.  He is an expert in International Power Development and execution with a track record of pioneering project delivery, construction projects and asset management.  He has delivered best in class operational, HSEQ and financial results in Coal, Gas, Nuclear, advanced Solar & Wind technologies.

Mr. Shahzad Gill

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gill has more than 20 years of experience in global energy, utilities and telecom sectors with a strong track record in successfully managing infrastructure investments. Prior to joining Nebras Power, he held various leadership roles with AES Corporation, managing power asset portfolios in Europe, Middle East and Asia. He has been directly involved in development of various power sector projects including solar, wind and combined cycle gas power plants. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and statistics, a master’s in finance and a master’s in business administration.
